- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings and conduct sales visits to potential clients to promote BIC services
- Reach new potential customers & identify potential clients for BIC services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations of BIC services
- Participate on behalf of BIC in exhibitions, conferences and events
- Handle complaints, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Achieve Annual Targets
- Stay up-to-date with the new products/ features of BIC services
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Review Sales reports frequently to monitor performance and take actions
