 Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network.
- Provide technical support for BIC services (Video-conference - Online Training Service).
- Encode and Stream AmCham Events Media for publishing on the website.
- Troubleshoots desktops, applications, and network connectivity issues.
- Create, maintain, and comply with corporate and departmental standard operating procedures.
