- Participates in preparing & executing the annual lease plan.
- Conducts necessary analysis and preparing presentations/reports to support the decision-making process.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing lease options as per the agreed upon concepts. Detects unit/property improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Identifies and contacts potential customer/investor to identify leasing opportunities and offer recommendations matching their needs and budget.
- Provides accurate information on the different features of properties.
- Supports the Marketing team in promoting Downtown through events and in developing new innovated and attractive channels for new clientele segments.
- Supports the process of developing new concepts by providing relevant information and ideas
- Negotiates leasing terms, complete agreements and close deals with clients.
- Prepares and maintain all necessary documents for Contracts, Amendments, Lease Summaries and offers.
- Channels the feedback of the current/potential tenants and ensures getting adequate responses and actions as required. Ensures our customer/investor satisfaction after closing the deal
- Boosts the Companys image through projecting a professional image and through networking across the different stakeholders
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
