Interim monitoring of production operations
- Ensure that the product meets the required specifications according to each stage in accordance with the quality control instructions
- Suspending any defective product from continuing the production line and labeling it defective
- Detecting and dealing with cases of non-conformance according to the corrective procedures followed
- Submit a recommendation report to the Director of Quality Control with the necessary preventive measures
- The Quality Controller of Operations is responsible for the maintenance of all quality management records of quality management procedures and all its work is subject to internal audit
- All of the above should be done in accordance with the official quality management procedure
Scope of Responsibility and Supervision:
The responsibility of the Process Quality Controller is limited to carrying out inspection work on the production processes as well as in the execution and performance of the tasks entrusted to it
Authorities and Authorities:
The Quality Controller has all the powers and powers to do his job properly and on time
