- Effectively plans in advance Promotion events Calendar with the respective Principals and adheres to such Plans and ensures that KOLs & important Doctors can participate in such activities
- Maintains a healthy rapport with in market KOLs, important Doctors, Pharmacists in Hospitals & Clinics by making regular visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Remains accountable to share and submit the Promotional KPIs and other MIS with respective Principals and Senior Management as per agreed timelines
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
