Candidate is responsible for planning and conducting the Pedagogy Transformation Initiative for the academic year. This includes designing workshops that provide tailored trainings based on professors training requirements and students suggestions for enhancing the quality of education in order to comply with Zewail Citys standards of excellence in education. Candidate should be able to create a supportive community of practice amongst professors from different majors and provide to up-to-date educational research. Candidate should be able to facilitate sessions that encourage professors to reflect on their current practices and cooperatively design their own pedagogical practices. Candidate would follow-up the implementation of the training aspects, and provide one-to-one coaching sessions with professors.
