- Handling the operation of the outbound leisure packages covering specific areas as per plan on a seasonal basis.
- Maintain profitability margin as set by the business head.
- Ensures service quality and punctuality towards customers.
- Controls operation process as per plans.
- Responsible for outbound requests from individuals/other.
- Production of final, workable and highly detailed operating itineraries for issue and final briefing to all local offices, external suppliers, and internal departments.
- Provide detailed quotations and high-quality services to customers. Maintains good relations and contracts with the existing and potential clients and provide them with premium service.
- Ensures compliance with AMEX accounting and control procedures.
- Responsible for meeting & exceeding customer expectations with regards to all service level agreements.
