- Support the EHS Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective EHS policies, guidelines and procedures.
- To ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Provide support to the Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Communicate with the governmental offices (EHS office, Environmental affairs office and civil defence office ) and provide them with the updated official documents
- Perform regular EHS audits in the areas of business and operations.
- Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the companys offshore training and EHS program.
- Assist with developing EHS plans that comply with Company policies and procedures
- Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned.
- Manage Safety Statistic and reporting to EHS manager.
- Organize the monthly safety committee meeting.
