1.Technical training management: Support for identification of technical training needs and for the preparation of mid and short term training strategies and plans and work with other departments on integration within Operations plans. Ensure that training programs are designed, developed, delivered, evaluated and updated in line with the PMI Best Training Practices. Analyze training department activities and performance, take appropriate actions to increase the added value of training.
"2.Supervise and conduct technical training: Conduct technical training programs on one or more types of machines, systems or disciplines, while following the appropriate lesson plans and lesson guides using proven, effective methods and techniques.
Supervise the trainees during formal and informal training programs, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Conduct knowledge and skill testing to ensure that employees have the required skills, knowledge and ability to perform at required standards.
3- Behavior and skills: Act in a conscious way that the role as a trainer is perceived from others and especially from the trainees in the classroom as "leading by example�. Act as a coach, counsel and guide, facilitate sharing best practices and develop people skills.
