- We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
- review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Type periodic reports and other records
