2. If no suppliers are currently listed in the files, new one must be sought.
3. Routine follow-up on orders with junior level especially orders with lengthy lead time to ensure that suppliers confirmed delivery dates are achievable.
4. Executing strategic purchase plans addressed by supervisory level.
5. Submitting suppliers performance evaluation to supervisory level.
