Prepare technical submittals (pre-qualifications, samples, technical data sheets) for vendors.
- Follow up with the project management the approval of the vendors submittals.
- Invite, assess, and award/recommend vendors tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate purchase orders terms and conditions.
- Prepare and Issue the Purchase orders.
- Controlling the purchasing budget.
- Resolving disputes and claims with suppliers.
- Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving vendors performance.
