Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account.
Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis.
Collaborate with senior management and sales team to develop successful sales techniques.
Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing.
Create strategies to increase companys revenue goals.
Monitoring business activities and competitors actions within assigned territory seeking to gain market share by expanding customer base and product usage.
Remaining technically proficient and knowledgeable concerning the Companys product offerings and capabilities.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity & generating leads.
Meet time deadlines for accounts.
Achieve assigned sales target.
Handle inquiries and complaints from customers whenever necessary.
