Description:
Manage Sales Distribution of Paints products in Egypt and Near East to achieve Company goals and objectives.
Set sales territory & price policies; define sales budget, profitability and promotion campaign.
Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
Design sales processes and supporting tools.
Responsible for the Profit & Loss of his business unit
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Develop and maintain a strong relation with distributors.
Establish performance goals for all Sales staff / Managers and monitors performance on a continual basis.
Coordinate with all company departments to reach sales and business targets.
Participate in the annual company budget.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. degree in related field with MBA is preferable.
12 years’ experience in Distribution of Paints products.
Well understand of Industry process.
A proven evidence of success is required
Dynamic, fighter, achiever, down to ground & able to gain confidence of his sales team as well as his distribution networks
Analytic thinker and familiar with P & L easy to understand
Very good command of English & computer skills
