Description:


Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries either sea or airfreight.

Coordinates all shipping process either CIF, FOB or Ex-works

Select forwarders/carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.

Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, forwarders and carriers.

Ensure all operations adhere to chemicals export/import local and international restrictions, laws and guidelines.

Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.

Respond to any issues or complaints.

Evaluate import/export budgets and expenditures.

Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.

Some admin works (answering phone, preparing offers, banks letters)
Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.

A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.

Fluent English written and spoken.

Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Solid understanding of logistics management software.

Outstanding analytical problem solving and organizational skills.

Very good Computer skills (MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).

Net salary: 4500 EGP

Working hours: from 9:00-5:00 pm

Holiday: Friday & Saturday
