Description:


Review and adopt all daily restrictions (second banking signature on all bank accounts). - Ensure the implementation of all laws and coordination with the tax advisor. - Supervising accountants with financial management and checking the validity of accounting guidance and applying the Egyptian accounting standards. A - General Accounts, Financial Center and General Expenses Section: - Preparation of financial center and coordination with auditors. - The correctness of accounting guidance and adding the necessary accounts to the accounts manual. - Review and approve all daily restrictions. - Ensure that expenditure items are included in the budget prior to disbursement and that the item is not exceeded. - Follow-up of loan stoppers and auditing the calculation of interest in coordination with the management of the treasury. - Supervising the company safes. B - Banking, Customer and Human Resources Division: - Review and approve all daily restrictions related to customer accounts. - Review and approve all restrictions related to bank accounts and bank reconciliation memorandum. - Audit of daily restrictions related to human resources management (wages and salaries - additional wages - benefits - medical insurance - social insurance . - Coordinate and prepare all the tax advisors requirements for the examination.
Qualifications:


1-Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality. 2- Proven working experience in related field 3-Strong interpersonal and communication skills 4-They must be clear in explaining complex financial matters and adept at communicating with a wide range of 5-preferably focusing on mortgage finance. Proven experience building strategic plans - Mortgage , Banking , Leasing, Real estate or insurance Background is a Must. Mortgage Finance experience is recommended
