The Expert responsibilities and key tasks include:
In cooperation with M&E expert assess the current M&E systems in MPMAR and National Investment Bank with focus on the institutional organization.
Set a concrete mechanism and process map for M&E for public investment projects, starting from implementation to impact on development.
Setting needed system for rolling out the improved reporting system.
In cooperation with M&E expert supervise the implementation of the new M&E Mechanism on an electronic format (ISIPPM).
In cooperation with M&E expert set Key Performance Indicators for Programs and proposed Projects in the FY 2019/2020 towards achieving SDGs.
In cooperation with M&E expert improve the online system for reporting on public investment projects to capture each projects key performance indicators and other needs (including comprehensive coverage, or early warning indicators of problem projects).
Contribute in Capacity Building activities for the project
Deliverables:
Monthly report including the implemented tasks after MPMAR approval.
Report on Assessment on the current M&E system in MPMAR and National Investment Bank in cooperation with M&E expert.
Roadmap on updating the M&E component within ISIPPM
Set of KPIs for programs and proposed projects of the FY 2019/2020
