- Review prescriptions accurately and apply the company's operating system. 

- Review the disbursements. 

- Review the prices of items disbursed. 

- Review the diagnoses, and the compatibility of the drugs disbursed with them.

 - Classification of existing items between local, imported, normal and chronic.

 - Distribute the value of each item to its own code. 

- Deduction of errors (if any) with the registration of their value on the discount code, and explain the reason for the discount.

 - Verify the approval number from the hotline, if present, through the system and correspond it with what was actually disbursed.

 - Commits to apply the company's quality standards to the claims and extract the notes or comments, and deliver them to the head of the department.

 - Adheres to the daily and weekly rate required, according to the distribution of work from the head of the department.

 - Submit the completed claims to the Head of Section
