Objective:
As a Project Construction Manager, you will manage projects, supervise staff, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert, provide technical advice about, plan, organize and supervise construction projects

Key tasks:
-Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
-Oversee the selection and requisition of materials
-Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
-Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
-Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning, in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
-Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
-Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
-Attend all project coordination meetings with the client
-Adhere to Site Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Site.
