Strategy and Planning
Participate and support in the development of ExecEd short and long terms strategies in alignment with AUC goals
Develop and implement an annual plan for the functional unit to ensure goals of ExecEd are achieved for administering, registering and graduating participants
Call Center and Information Desk
Provide tools for call center and monitor performance
Manage participants inquiries and all stakeholders requests/concerns and develop all the related processes
Participants Admission and Registration
Manage ExecEd student information system (Banner)
Manage the online admission service, monitor fulfillment of admission requirement and accurate update of applicants records on Banner
Manage the online registration processes to consecutive course as per program
Certificates and Transcript Issuance
Manage system for archiving and retrieval of grading and records
Manage change of grades and rolling of grades manually
Institutional Development
Participate in developing and updating ExecEd policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining different accreditation and comply with their standards
Reporting
Produce weekly or/and monthly reports reflecting the function unit performance
Participate in the development of ExecEd annual report
