Strategy and Planning
Participate and support in the development of ExecEd short and long terms strategies in alignment with AUC goals
Define, execute and deliver on the strategic direction and mission of all aspects of faculty/instructor affairs, generally
Conduct research and benchmark trends to ensure service levels run efficiently
2. Instructors Evaluation
Manage and review the course evaluation process, in coordination with the scheduling unit and ensuring conducting the required evaluations per course
3. Instructors Development
Manage and review the instructors development process
Conduct instructors orientation sessions
Institutional Development
Participate in developing and updating ExecEd policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining different accreditation and comply with their standards
Reporting
Produce weekly or/and monthly reports reflecting the function unit performance
Participate in the development of ExecEd annual report
