Assist in preparing formulation.
Ability to do New product formulation from scratch.
Modify the existing products as per marketing or sales needs.
Responsible for technical support for new product development
Perform laboratory experiments (Knowledge with lab instruments)
Develop new products.
Work within cross functional teams to enable new product development project success
Assist with troubleshooting, application development and commercialization
Maintain all raw material, additive and finished product lists.
Keep laboratory work area neat and uncluttered.
Organize and maintain chemical sample storage racks.
Develop and train lab technicians on all lab procedures.
Develop all documentation required for approvals of new/updated products.
Manage current as well as new projects.
Other duties are required by management
