Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
ensure content is informative and appealing.
Collaborate with agro and supporting services team.
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with Agro field professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Provide constructive feedback.
design and post Heia events via social media channels.
responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of Heia by providing support to current and prospective customers.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages Heia members to take action
Set up and optimize Heia pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Heias social content.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, and coordinate actions.
