-Development of existing infrastructure (network - servers - computers) for the company to meet the needs and maintain the workflow. 

-Participation of the senior leadership in the crystallization of goals, and drawing the strategic plan and general policy of information technology.

 -Managing IT personnel and evaluating performance.

 -Review and approve the supply of IT services and tools used by Unicare on the basis of technical and financial factors. Supervision of major IT projects.

 -Analysis and documentation of work cycles.

 -Prepare reports on levels of achievement in the administration and submit them to the direct president. -Review adequacy and allocation of IT resources used by Unicare based on technical and financial factors.

 -Define the framework and areas of preventive maintenance and develop appropriate programs to implement them. To carry out any other work assigned to him within the limits of his duties and responsibilities.
