Apply and Manage the FIFO system (First In First Out).
Manage, receive and count stock items and record data manually or using computer.
Maintain an accurate and updated records and bin stock cards for all items.
Manage and coordinate the unloading of incoming shipments.
Measure the productivity per head.
Monitor the performance and progress of staff.
Review the performance of staff every quarter.
