مطلوب Consulting Manager - Sustainability & Social Impact لشركه CID Consulting

Take a leading management role in the sustainability & social impact consulting practice which covers areas such as establishing social enterprises, developing social investment strategies for private and public sectors, enabling new value chains, providing development consulting in thematic areas such as education, TVET, employment, etc. Responsibilities include the following:
- Lead the implementation of consulting assignments including meeting business and financial objectives of different assignments/projects
- Set quality control standards for monitoring the output of engaged consultants in CID projects
- Advise client senior management on strategic issues related the practice area
- Develop innovative tools and methodologies for the practice area
- Oversee and manage the allocation of the practice area resources to the various clients/projects
- Coach and train practice team members on technical areas and consulting skills
- Develop leads for potential business opportunities for CID
- Maintain close working relationships with existing clients to develop new business opportunities whether in practice area or any CID related practice area
- Explore potential partnerships and alliances for practice enhancement
