- Assists in developing, designing and documenting operating procedures, reports, guidelines for Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) overall activities, policies and procedures and software updates.
- Produces and compiles progress reports by gathering and analyzing information on student experience within SEM to assess and improve the office student related activities and services whether online or walk in.
- Assists in the implementation of the office strategic plan for services provided by developing and following up on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service outcomes.
- Supports in identifying gaps and challenges for prospective applicants and students across their journey at SEM and reflects them in the office strategic annual plan.
- Assists in researching and exploring best practices to optimize the processes of managing and monitoring strategic projects for students.
- Provides support to SEM Executive Director on building relationships with all offices across AUC that provide services to the office.
- Facilitates the acquisition logistics of giveaways, name tags, certificate folders, desk name holders and miscellaneous items as needed from SEM for school events and activities.
- Prepares and executes social media posts including; develops templates, shares photos and replies to inquiries about school offerings and events; acts as a liaison between the enrollment and marketing functions within the office as an area expert in enrollment and student experience.
- Provides administrative support for the office by organizing team and related meetings, instructional calendar, other logistics, as required to support SEM Executive Director.
- Assists the Executive Director in development, implementation and maintenance of policies in SCEs Policies and Procedure Manual, follows up on office short and long-range planning in schools annual plan.
