مطلوب Project Manager لشركه Intelligent for Field Marketing (IFM)
- Being the focal point between client and Agency
- Meeting regularly with clients for projects updates, special requests or new briefs
- Conducting regular market visits to check on the field team
- Managing field team and communicate clients request to them promptly
- Setting project timeline for smooth operation
- Managing data entry team and distributing work equally on team to meet agreed deadlines
- Revising and reviewing data and assuring its accuracy
- Coordinating with finance team for follow ups and issuing quotations and invoices
- Following up with HR Department of team recruitment and insurance
- Making sure that all company policies are being applied with projects Field Team
