Responsible for managing the administration of the HR policies and procedures.
- To assist and participate in the continuous improvement process.
- Handling employees HR queries.
- Performing all written and verbal communication and contact on behalf of the company with the government labor offices.
- Responsible for completing employees files with the hiring documents.
- Completing and updating all forms, payments and correspondence with the social insurance office.
- Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments for payroll accuracy as per the companys policy and regulations.
- Issue and record adjustment pay entries related to any previous recording errors and retroactive pay.
- Filing all employees social insurance files and records.
- Periodically audits the database to ensure accuracy.
- Timely preparation of contracts/renewals of contracts for all employees.
- Maintaining employees internal filling as per the labor law.
- Administering employees employment contracts and orienting them to all the clauses included within the contract to ensure the proper understanding of the contractual agreement.
- Daily recording and filing of the employees tardiness/ deductions and bonuses.
- Data entry and calculating of payments to employees, i.e. regular pay, overtime and other additional earnings as deemed appropriate
