مطلوب District Sales Manager لشركه Globe International Pharmaceuticals

1. Manage the activities of his/her team and develop their skills, medical and product knowledge and enhance their capabilities through coaching, counseling and double visits.
2. Plan, organize and monitor teams activities in a timely manner to achieve required objectives through team meetings, review call reports and call plans and ensure the best time management of his team.
3. Interview and screen new candidates and select the competent ones for the MR job.
4. Conduct personal visits to key customers (Physicians or Pharmacists).
5. Analyze the team members activities and achievement; develop POA for corrective measures in a timely manner where necessary.
6. Follow up regularly on the district achievements vs. target, solve distribution or credit control problems.
7. Report on Districts activities vs. objectives (Sales report, Dual call report, personal visits etc.) using regularly analyzing reports for follow up for activity of sales team.
8. Engage in regular feedback and coaching sessions for his/her sales team members to ensure they are on track to achieving their sales target.
9. Train MRs on new campaigns, preparation of slide decks and other promotional tools.
10. Prepare his/her team members for potential bigger roles and progression in their career path through special assignments and delegations.
11. Align with marketing, medical and regulatory divisions in preparation for new promotional material and campaigns according to his/her analysis of the market needs.
12. Create plans and monitor their implementation to attain or exceed within budgeted expenses, and sales volume targets.
