مطلوب Customer Service Representative لشركه Egyptian Gypsum Co. (Saint-Gobain Gyproc)

- Update daily and monthly reports for sales team that show (orders , dispatch & pending figures) with the variance with targets
- Monitor all shipping details in regard of trucks number, driver name, time of waiting and loading.
- Responsible for all customers mailing service
- Monitor loading process in all plants and preparing the required analysis for top management for better improvement
- Follow up with transportation agency in regard of delivered products
- Coordinate and follow up between warehouse , customers and dispatch offices in regard of Ex Work Orders
- Coordinate with customer services and finance for the monthly closing
- Register and follow up all customer complaints to reach customer satisfactions
- Update , follow up & develop customer services policies and procedure
