Tetra Tech International Development Services (http://www.tetratech.com/intdev) headquartered in Burlington, VT is currently accepting expressions of interest from candidates for a potential Chief of Party position for an upcoming USAID-funded water program in Egypt. The purpose of this program is to improve water sector management and governance through targeted technical assistance to water companies.
Chief of Party:
The COP will be responsible for leading all technical, financial and administrative aspects of the program and will coordinate closely with USAID in developing, implementing, and revising the projects overall strategy. The COP will be the principal link between USAID, Tetra Tech, and other partners and provide overall strategic and technical guidance to subcontractors. The COP will provide comprehensive expert technical oversight and guidance in all aspects of the program, including monitoring and evaluation, and reporting to USAID. S/he will ensure the project is on scope, schedule and budget at all times. The COP will ensure that all procurement, recruitment and financial dealings are properly processed, documented and reported. This would be a full-time position, based in Egypt.
