- Provide first-level support to customer service requests.
- Understand support problems, analyze problem data and determine appropriate solutions.
- Plan and complete daily assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Serves as main point of contact on all AutoCAD related matters.
- Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of AutoCAD responsibility.
- Running demos and webinars for our customers.
- Make both scientific presentations and technical training presentations to customers.
- Should oblige to any technical request raised within the company covering internal issues or external (customers side).
- Attend the required training and certifications to increase and develop his/her knowledge.
