- Manage and direct staff members for construction works
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction
- Do inspections and offer quotations for the required architectural works and task orders
- Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock
- Manage and supervise contractors activities & contractors
- Develop financial budget and follow up monthly expenses
- Monitor work quality and advise for improving performance
- Develop the on-job training plan for the technical team
