- Gather market data, then identify the market needs, size and competition via periodical market survey to evaluate and classify the customer accounts.
- Manage the prospected accounts by conducting customer visits, build relationships, identify customer needs, offer the company products, and provide technical support to get sales inquiry.
- Identify the customer needs and the sales forecast on monthly basis to prepare the monthly sales plan with the domestic sales team to be sent to the CS team.
- Inform the CS team about the sales inquiry / order to issue the Performa invoice and get the customers confirmation.
- Follow up the order delivery to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the strategic relationship with customers accounts by conducting customer visits, provide technical support and seminars, develop the customer business, and follow up the claims procedures to build strong brand identity, achieve the sales targets and maximize the profits.
- Attend glass exhibitions inside Egypt to maintain the brand identity and attain new prospected customers.
