- Propose a practical system in the simplest possible way yet following International Safety principles
- Deploy the system through the company (including training) and ensure that consortium partners do the same
- Monitor from Design to Handover conformance of the activities with the requirements processes in place
- Ensure the day to day support to the teams on Safety processes and organizational issues and lessons learned
- Develop, implement and maintain tools (eg. indicator) to monitor and report Safety performance on a weekly and monthly basis, analysis results and propose areas for improvement and take necessary actions to adapt the System
