- Deploy the system through the company (including training) and ensure that consortium partners do the same
- Establish the Quality Management System for the project (plan and procedures) and supporting documentation (procedures, templates, instructions, etc.), and establish tools, when needed
- Propose a practical system in the simplest possible way yet following ISO 9001 principles
- Monitor from Design to Handover conformance of the activities with the requirements processes in place
- Ensure the day to day support to the teams on quality processes and organizational issues and lessons learned
- Develop, implement and maintain tools (eg. indicator) to monitor and report quality performance on a weekly and monthly basis, analysis results and propose areas for improvement and take necessary actions to adapt the System;
