To lead the partnership operations through grow relationships with the potential and existing corporate and donors in an effort to generate sufficient fund to meet the Associations annual plans through: Prepare the partnership policies and procedures, conduct desk and field research to build a pipeline of potential donors , develop and approve annual and monthly growth plans, participate in the association yearly objectives setting meeting to develop the partnerships strategy, Monitor and manage the fundraising force, draft protocols and funds proposals , establish and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with corporate ,identify new opportunities within the corporate and international institutions, analyse the monthly achievement and prepare the departmental reports on a periodic basis.
