The Communications Specialist will be responsible for the below tasks:
Support the Communications Advisor in efficiently coordinating and managing all communication projects with the government counterparts and all relevant stakeholders to achieve best results.
Support in managing the work of outsourced media and communications firms to meet the required goals.
Work on creating new ideas that best serve the approved communications strategies.
Document all the communications work and achievements with counterparts
Write and document all communications minutes of meeting and report their briefs.
Handling all needed internal reporting regarding strategic communications work.
Do needed research for starting and implementing new communications projects.
