- Complete management of the farm to ensure that it runs efficiently, effectively and profitably as possible according to the followed techniques and standards. - Oversee and prepare the farm for cultivation either automatically or manually

 - Execute scientific irrigation programs and ensure its complete and right application

 - Execute fertilization programs of the farm and ensure using fertilization that are approved by the agriculture sector.

 - Use of pesticides that are approved by the agriculture sector to resist pests and diseases that cause harms to fruit and vegetables crops.

 - Cure all areas that have problems in the soil scientifically and practically .

 - Direct crop production operations, such as planning, tilling, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.

 - Apply quality plan according to standards to achieve high yield of acreage efficiently and effectively.

 - Execute hiring of casual workers in the farm as per set policies & procedures.

 - Apply health and safety standards across agriculture equipment users or generator users or across workers. - Apply security standards across the farm and night patrols to keep it secured.

 - Responsible for residence maintenance and follow up on health requirements

 - Manage and monitor the "on job training of the staff and accordingly prepare their training needs and submit them to HR manager for review and approval.

 - Manage and approve the performance evaluations of his subordinates teams and forward them to HR department.

 - Participate in recruitment process of his subordinates.

 - Responsible for his staff disciplining & coaching - Rationalize costs and expenses within approved budgets

 - Participate in developing strategic plans to ensure farm performance progress.
