Understand and translate business needs
Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems throughout the entire Sterling business.
Design Big data Solutions discipline leveraging technology tool like IBM Rational; ICP; Big data Hadoop; Watson.
Develop, enhance and maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust service design.
Plan, design and execute complex company solution configuration.
Prepare and present test plan, technical presentations, reports, analyst briefings plus white papers to respond to different solution areas.
Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for entire solutions across the business.
Head responsible for continuing configuration management as well as platform layout along with storage infrastructure.
Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives and conduct product recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
Create high-quality technical content for introductory presentations, proposals, Statements of Work, deliverables, and other client and market-facing content
Support the profitability (direct revenue and expenses) of client engagements in accordance with client commitments and internal policies and rules
Mentor technical employees and contribute to their individual development, and lead performance management processes for technical delivery teams
