Support Users and business requirements
Ensure 24*7 supports for all production databases and for urgent projects.
Develop and maintain the necessary technical skills in order to fulfil the required function
Ensure Maximum database availability and high performance
Perform daily monitoring for all assigned databases.
Ensure all production systems/databases high availability
Ensure reliable data backup/recovery.
Regular monthly assessment of database performance and implementation of any resulted recommendation.
Follow up and tracing of the application to identify and solve any performance bottle necks.
Management and participation in system Support team, related, projects.
Successful implementation of the new products, technologies and functions delivered within the any project scope
Effectively organizes use of resources.
Identify potential areas of improvement and initiative
Define and implement appropriate Oracle database administrative best practices across all Oracle Applications.
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot database instances, backup, partitions, storage.
Monitor and optimize system performance using index tuning, disk optimization, and other methods.
System Administration in Oracle E-business suite
Set user privileges within the database environment and Applications.
