1. Prepare training materials for each project.
2. Provide needed training to the merchants management (Top Management - Branch Managers)
3. Send training materials and system access to merchants to start using the program.
4. Ensure cascading the training to branch managers of the merchants.
5. Confirm with the merchants management on the visit plan.
6. Handling field team complaints during their visits.
7. Send launch email for each merchant with instructions.
8. Review database with each merchant and send updates to quality control team.
9. Maintain relationship with merchants to facilitate future requests.
