مطلوب Senior Membership Officer لشركه American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt

- Recruit new members through a planned membership database, incoming phone calls and events.
- Retain existing members (member care calls and renewal calls).
- Respond to members and non-members requests (verbally or in writing) for any inquiries.
- Receive visitors and potential members for membership information.
- In charge of replacement members, gather all related information, prepare replacement packages and invite them to membership orientation meetings.
- In charge with the membership Director of the potential new members monthly plan and tracking.
- Tracking of members/non-members attendance in AmCham events and submitting monthly analysis.
- Responsible for the preparation of the membership meetings (Orientation and Ambassadors meetings) to familiarize new members and newly appointed ambassadors with AmCham services.

- Assist in preparing the new members board report to be submitted to the Board of Governors on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the AmCham Annual Directory (members companies data update)
- Assist Membership Director on the yearly membership presentation.
- Backup for MMS System & printing reports.
- Backup for generating membership department revenues report.
- Conduct quality benefits program and services surveys during AmCham events or by phone.
- Post every three months on the cyber link the new members appointed and send this information through personalized emails to the existing members.
- Attend and assist in AmCham activities and events.
- Welcome new members in AmCham events.
- Assist in other department activities whenever required.
