مطلوب F&B Cost Controller لباخره The Pharaohs Cruising Restaurants

Food & Beverage experience is a must
- Coordinate vacation & day off , follows up , monitor attendance report and sends to HR department for Cost control team (Chef, Assistant, and Clerk, store keeper, store men& drivers).
-Analyses and monitor OFFICER , E.N.T and C.L with Assistant Income Auditor and prepares reports per cost price for all outlets and sends to F& B Manger.
-Posts and Checks items transfers according to the staff meal menu and inserts all transfers from & to all Outlets on MC System or manual pricing (cooked items, mise en place) and issues usage for all departments which taken from outlets.
- Prepares monthly breakage report and spot checking , posts all breakage documents on MC System , sends report to F&B Manger & Payable and takes action for careless cases.
-Prepares the cost of dishes in all outlets.
-Checks and posts all receiving record for all merchandises received and makes report for comparison suppler price.
-Prepares the F&B Daily flash Report.
