Maintenance of HVAC
- Electrical control equipment/panels and controls including all operations involved in that task,
which may include rectification of faults, system monitoring/reporting.
Continual improvement of systems to effect efficiency and energy saving.
Adherence to all Health & Safety policies.
Preparation of service reports and maintenance plan.
Assists with developing program budgets, as well as adhering to annual expense controls.
Good Knowledge of BMS and SCADA systems.
