مطلوب Business Control Officer لشركه ORIX Leasing Egypt SAE

1- Ensuring that lease documentation is complete, correct and enforceable prior to disbursement of purchase price of leased equipment.
2- Ensuring that all leased property is adequately insured and remains insured for period of the lease contract.
3- Ensuring that all insurance cover is renewed on due dates.
4- Ensuring that all lease contract are registered with the appropriate administrative authority.
5- Ensuring that amendment, rescheduling, termination and cancellation of lease contracts are registered with the appropriate administrative authority.
6- Ensuring that post-disbursement condition are followed up and complied.
7- Ensuring that assets requiring registration are registered and their registration renewed on due dates.
8- Any other relevant duties assigned
