مطلوب Area Sales Manager, Motors & Drives لشركه El Gammal Group

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - for motors and drives, who can meet revenue growth targets. The candidate needs to have good knowledge in Motors and Drive, experience in system drive and applications, partner management, project sales, project execution methodology, and a proven track record in achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
You will be developing a dynamic market in one of the most challenging industries - AC Drives and motors.
You will be the sales strategist and will focus on growing the Drives and motors business in our market. Bringing in your sales expertise, you will focus on improving coverage by establishing and strong relationship with existing and new key customers. You will also add value to our customers business. You will have a pioneering spirit with a strong personal drive to hunt for new customers and opportunities. Establishing solid relationship with customers, you will maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
You will be responsible for
- Lead sales team
- Achieve set Target
- Expanding sales in Egyptian market based on facts, abilities/competencies with a focus on strengthening our relationship with existing customers.
- Develop a strategy and execution plan with existing partner, optimize partner sales capacity, drive grow in defined market coverage.
- Sales related activities such as direct sales, generate proposal, close order, exhibitions, product introductions/presentations, seminars, technical support etc.
- Responding to commercial & technical inquiry from customers
- Performing market research, competitor analysis, studying and improving the knowledge of applications, products and relevant skills
