*Review the offers to meet the company technical specifications.

 *Work closely with after-market department to ensure all customers receive an exceptional level of customer satisfaction for their equipment.
*Support clients in solving their complaints with the equipment.
*Accepts supervisory level jobs delegations whenever needed.
