*Maintains inventory of all equipment, software and licenses.

 *Installs, tests and configures new equipment and software.

 *Backups the daily servers backup and monthly reports.
*Maintains communications with employees during the problem resolution process.
*Assists with on boarding of new users.
*Sets up new users accounts and profiles.
